Crosby Training

Crosby Butchery Training (CBT) delivers award winning level 2 and level 3 butchery apprenticeship programmes with highly skilled and experienced trainers. As the first training provider in England to deliver apprenticeships on the Butcher and Advanced Butcher trailblazer standards, CBT was also the first to complete Level 2 Butchery standard end-point assessment. North of England Leeds City College enjoys a long standing reputation for butchery training, and can accommodate levels 2, 3 and advanced off-site apprenticeship training at its recently refurbished Printworks Campus in Hunslet Road, Leeds.
